Wilson & Walsh has been operating for more than 20 years and is owned and operated by Peter Cotchett.
Peter Cotchett and his sister took over the business in 1995 where it was operated solely as a café and seated a maximum of 12 people. Since this time, the business renovated, expanded and seats more than 50 people. The range of delicatessen produce and dining offerings have too increased.
The team at Wilson & Walsh make their own soups, pastries, sweets and assorted breakfast and lunch specialties on a daily basis. Peter buys from local distributors for to ensure high quality produce is served to his customers.
